My Bloody Tuesday...

Decided to give blood today after seeing the van yesterday, got a free bottle of water and a small packet of Ritz. Who said money makes the world go round. Blood gets you all you need, lets not be greedy.



Notice (middle picture) the little piece of gauze Claudia put neatly over my needle when I said I wanted to take a picture, "its procedure, we aren't allowed to let people see the actual needle going in, it puts them off"... apparently a big bag of warm blood does not...

Head down the local for a quick pint, its for the best.

On a seperate note I cant help but notice that my humble blog is about to reach triple figures! very nice, thanks to all of you who return to see whats up every day. As a thanks, once the big 1000 has been reached I will give £1 to every homeless guy I pass for one day.

This blog is a way for me to let people take a little peek into my brain, just a little tippytoe over the wall glimpse but feel free to grab as much as you can and enjoy.

Man, i'm on a roll today, I missed a couple of days but am back on form I think you will agree...


I’m literaly fuming they beat me to this. Used to do this to bees and flies as a kid, once even got half an ice lolly stick off the ground with a row of flying pests (advertising).
Hats off to them for applying this classic to provide a pretty cheap medium which is impossible to ignore (ITIABTWC).

Questions that hve been bothering me: PART 1

What is the meaning of the 'covered bridge'? they look quite nice but why do you need to be dry for the few seconds you are driving over the bridge?

The weekends big win...

Went to Herne Hill at the weekend (fast becomeing my favorite place it seems) and on Saturday we went for a walk. During our casual stroll round the park we were approached by an old chap dressed as, what can only be described as sergent pepper. He informed us that there was a treasure hunt going on today and, as it was free, we decided to play the community card and take part! very exciting. We were given a map of the area, there were around 20 spots marked on there and once you reached the marker there was a riddle and you were asked to find a particular area within that area which would give you a number eg. how many windows facing due south on a particular building. anyway after 3 hours and meeting the mayor or Lambeth here we are enjoying our winnings (£50 voucher) in Lombok the local Thai resaurant...
